After years of running a successful construction company, coupled with wise investments ranging from blue-chip stocks to cryptocurrency, our company founder, and the C.E.O of Energos Renewable Energy, Mr. Alexander Modestou had decided to repatriate back to Cyprus and retire.

Shortly after returning to Cyprus, he realised the island’s potential in the renewable energy sector. The inability of a previous license holder to complete their contractual agreement for a photovoltaic park, provided Alexander the opportunity to reinvest, with a focus on creating a company that can make a difference to the planet, whilst also providing a better life for his immediate family and a select few friends.

Energos Renewable Energy Ltd. quickly became a family business; both his brothers temporarily sacrificed time with their family and joined Alexander in Cyprus, with the vision of a better future and to be a part of Alexander's legacy.
